Train Hatton explains Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) procedures to FFSC Work and Family Life Generalist Dana Lake and FFSC Information and Referral Specialist Bryce Barnes during an exercise June 1 at the Mustin Beach Club. Activated in response to a simulated weather event, the EFAC is designed as a consolidated location where service members and other eligible beneficiaries impacted by an event causing relocation can receive disaster relief services and information.
