Train Hatton speaks with American Red Cross representatives during the FFSC's Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) exercise June 1 at the Mustin Beach Club. Activated in response to a simulated weather event, the EFAC is designed as a consolidated location where service members and other eligible beneficiaries impacted by an event causing relocation can receive disaster relief services and information.
