Reyna Torres stands next to the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior helicopter dedicated to her son, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Jose L. Montenegro Jr., at Simmons Army Airfield, Nov. 14. Prior to the dedication, Torres received the Purple Heart Medal and the Air Medal with Valor device, which were posthumously awarded to Montenegro at the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade Headquarters.
