Pfc. Nicholas Potter, a cavalry scout assigned to Troop A, 1st Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, pulls rear security for his team during a room clearing exercise at the Oro Grande Shoot House Training Facility in Fort Bliss, Texas, Nov. 13. Potter, a native of Willingboro, N.J., and his fellow soldiers took part in the close quarter combat training during Network Integration Evaluation 13.1 exercise.
