FORT RILEY, Kan. – Fort Riley personnel watch as Jason Demars Fire and Emergency Services Assistant Fire Chief demonstrates the maneuverability for the Fort Riley Fire and Emergency Services’ new Unmanned Aerial System. Demars is the first member of the FES staff to become a certified UAS operator.
