U.S. Army Col. Phillip Brown, Joint Task Force-Bravo commander, takes the unit guidon from U.S. Army Lt. Col. Charles W. Hall, prior to passing it to U.S. Army Lt. Col. Todd J. Haralson, during a Change of Command ceremony June 9, 2023, at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. Prior to taking command of the 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment, Haralson earned his commission from the Officer Candidate School, Fort Benning, Georgia, in 2005.
