Haralson, incoming 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment commander, during a Change of Command ceremony June 9, 2023, at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. Prior to taking command of the 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment, Haralson earned his commission from the Officer Candidate School, Fort Benning, Georgia, in 2005.
