SAN DIEGO (June 14, 2023) – Staff Sgt. Brandon Penamejia, assigned to USS Boxer (LHD 4) and a native of Riverside, California, tests a light fixture in the ship’s Marine Corps troop berthing aboard Boxer. The amphibious force represents a compatible, integrated Navy and Marine Corps team for any contingency, from forward presence to armed conflicts.
