SAN DIEGO (June 12, 2023) – Chief Warrant Officer 2 Jonathan Hewitt, assigned to USS Boxer (LHD 4) and a native of Leonardtown, Maryland, explains the roles and responsibilities of Marine Corps Combat Cargo to a group of junior officers enrolled in the Marine Corps Communication Officers Course during a familiarization visit to the ship. The amphibious force represents a compatible, integrated Navy and Marine Corps team for any contingency, from forward presence to armed conflicts.
