U.S. Air Force Chaplain (Maj.) Robert Mohr, Joint Task Force-Bravo command chaplain, gives an invocation during the Army Support Activity change of command ceremony June 15, 2023, at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. During the ceremony, U.S. Army Col. James Hart, outgoing ASA commander, relinquished command to U.S. Army Col. Paul Witkowski, incoming ASA commander. As commander, Witkowski will oversee installation operations and base support that allows tenant organizations to conduct operations within the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility.
