U.S. Army Col. Paul Witkowski, Army Support Activity commander, gives remarks following his assumption of command at the ASA change of command ceremony June 15, 2023, at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. Prior to this assignment, Witkowski served as the Global Integration Division chief (J5) on the Joint Staff at the Pentagon. As commander, Witkowski will oversee installation operations and base support that allows tenant organizations to conduct operations within the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility.
