Students participating in the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) program at their high schools take part in the Victory Tower rappel during the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) held June 5-10 at Fort Jackson, S.C. After receiving rappel training, Cadets guided themselves down the 40-foot tower under the instruction of certified Cadre.
