A view from the inside of a nearly-completed eco dome Nov. 2, 2012 Karabti San, Djibouti. U.S. service members assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa worked with local villagers to build the 21-foot-tall structure, which will serve as the village’s community building.
