Sacramento, CA (July 8, 2023) Outgoing Navy Reserve Center (NRC) Sacramento commanding officer Cmdr. Ernest L. Miller III (left) is presented a Meritorious Service Medal by Capt. Domitilo M. Pastorin Commander, Navy Reserve Region Readiness and Mobilization Command San Diego (REDCOM SD) at the NRC Sacramento change of command ceremony. NRC Sacramento's mission is to generate mobilization readiness by providing administrative services, medical, and training support to Reserve Personnel in support of surge and operational requirements for the Navy and Marine Corps team and Joint Forces.
