U.S. Army Garrison Japan commander Col. Marcus Hunter met with members of the Garrison workforce in Camp Zama's Kizuna Hall July 12 to present his command philosophy.
Marcus spoke to members in the hall, and virtually through a livestream, and talked about the experiences that have shaped his philosophy, what he values both personally and professionally, and what his expectations are for the workforce.
Hunter said his No. 1 focus would be on the people who comprise the Garrison workforce, with a focus on being outstanding teammates, so "as we execute our missions—which are very broad and diverse—that we're able to successfully do that."
