Under Secretary of the Navy Erik Raven and Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy Victor Minella receive a course overview from Petty Officer 1st Class Yadiel Vasquez, a Diesel Systems Overhaul and Maintenance instructor, during their recent tour of the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School’s (NAVSCIATTS) facilities located on the Stennis Space Center in South Mississippi. NAVSCIATTS trains and educates strategic allied and partner Security Force Professionals across the tactical, operational, and strategic spectrums.
