Under Secretary of the Navy Erik Raven and Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy Victor Minella interact with partner nation security force professionals during a recent tour of Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School’s (NAVSCIATTS) facilities located on the John C. Stennis Space Center in South Mississippi. Students are on campus to participate in NAVSCIATTS’ U.S. Indo-Pacific focused semester. NAVSCIATTS trains and educates strategic allied and partner Security Force Professionals across the tactical, operational, and strategic spectrums.
