230807-N-RU810-1024 ARLINGTON, Va., (August 7, 2023) Peter Lynch, acting deputy assistant secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations and Environment), signs a memorandum of agreement (MOA) between the Army, Navy and Air Force that establishes processes for financial and inventory reporting on real property across the Department of Defense, Aug. 7, 2023. This is the first MOA between the three services and supports the DoD’s financial statement and audit efforts regarding real property.
