230807-N-RU810-1015 ARLINGTON, Va., (August 7, 2023) Carla Coulson, deputy assistant secretary of the Army (Installations, Housing and Partnerships), Peter Lynch, acting deputy assistant secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations and Environment), and Carol Ann Y Beda, associate deputy secretary of the Air Force (Installations), meet to sign a memorandum of agreement (MOA) between the Army, Navy and Air Force that establishes processes for financial and inventory reporting on real property across the Department of Defense, Aug. 7, 2023. This is the first MOA between the three military services and supports the DoD’s financial statement and audit efforts regarding real property.
