Gregory Hayes, an external relations specialist with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, writes notes during the 2023 Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and Auxiliary National Convention at Harrah's Waterfront Conference Center, Atlantic City, New Jersey, Aug. 4, 2023. The DAV has a DAV Interim POW/MIA Committee which has several resolutions supporting DPAA’s mission to recover and identify missing personnel to their families and the nation. DPAA attended the four-day DAV convention from Aug. 4 to Aug. 8, 2023 to raise awareness of the agency’s mission in conjunction with DAV.
