Members with the 316th Civil Engineer Squadron, known as 'Dirt Boys,' finish smoothing over concrete for repairs on the flightline at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, Aug. 8, 2023. These repairs help the base save on potential environmental damage costs in the future.
