Campbell, the senior enlisted advisor with the 3rd DSB, uncase the 3rd DSB’s colors during a Transfer of Authority ceremony in Powidz, Poland, Aug. 7, 2023. The purpose of a sustainment brigade in the European Theater is to continue the mission with NATO Allies and partners through tough and realistic training and building systems to operate effectively together.
