Alan Harner, Health Readiness and Performance System product manager with U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity, demonstrates how to apply a LifeLens patch on his arm July 16, 2023 at Lavarack Barracks, Townsville, Australia. The patch is one of the many Wearables technology sensors being used to collect biometric data from service members participating in exercise Talisman Sabre 23. This data will inform algorithms that can assist in identifying potential issues regarding Soldier readiness to enable mission success.
Talisman Sabre is the largest bilateral military exercise between Australia and the United States advancing a free and open Indo-Pacific by strengthening relationships and interoperability among key Allies and enhancing our collective capabilities to respond to a wide array of potential security concerns.
