Scott Carter, from Oil City, Pennsylvania, a Soldier with 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command competing in the U.S. Army Forces Command Best Squad Competition performs the kettlebell-carry during a stress shoot, Aug. 14, 2023, on Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The stress shoot consisted of burpees, a kettlebell-carry, sprint, Sked drag and multiple target engagement lanes. Each Soldiers’ individual readiness is vital to the effectiveness of the squad, and the readiness of the Army as a whole.
