Steve Arguelles, Pacific Partnership 2023 Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HA/DR) team member, presents information on the Coast Guard's statutory authorities in regard to oil and hazardous materials response at the Phu Yen Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD), Aug. 14. Now in its 18th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
