U.S. Navy Sailors with Marine Rotational Force – Darwin 23 carry a simulated casualty to a UH-1Y Venom helicopter with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 363 (Reinforced), MRF-D 23, during a mass casualty evacuation exercise on Robertson Barracks, Northern Territory, Australia, Aug. 16, 2023. Attendees consisted of members from MRF-D 23 air combat element, ground combat element, and logistics combat element. Working together, these elements possess the unique ability to provide essential combat lifesaving care and transportation from point of injury to higher levels of care.
