Department of Homeland Security Federal Protective Service (FPS) explosive detection K9 handler Justin Warren and his new partner, Linda, on Aug. 16, 2023 during a training exercise in Eugene, Ore. Warren and Linda are assigned to the FPS Region 10 office in Portland, which oversees operations in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska. Linda recently completed explosive detection training at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas, and this exercise helped integrate her into FPS field operations.
