Judy Biddle, Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s Natural Disaster Recovery Division execution branch chief, presents an overview of the Rehearsal of Concept, or ROC, Drill for the northside construction at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, Aug. 15, 2023.
The ROC Drill allows engineers, planners and operational stakeholders to analyze Tyndall’s construction and discuss the progress of the installation rebuild. They provide an opportunity for collaboration and communication by reviewing logistics and identifying coordination efforts with other projects.
