The Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s Natural Disaster Recovery Division held a Rehearsal of Concept, or ROC, Drill at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, Aug. 15, 2023.
The ROC Drill allows engineers, planners and operational stakeholders to analyze Tyndall’s northside construction and discuss the progress of the installation rebuild. They provide an opportunity for collaboration and communication by reviewing logistics and identifying coordination efforts with other projects. The drills address security needs, potential conflicts and mitigation efforts to help minimize the impact of construction on the installation’s missions. (U.S. Air Force photo by Emily Mifsud)
