EVERETT, Wash. (Aug. 10, 2023) – An undesignated Sailor taking part in the Professional Apprenticeship Career Track (PACT) program receives career counseling from Randy Miller of the Navy Personnel Command (NPC) Fleet Engagement Team and Rear Adm. Wayne “Mouse” Baze, commander of NPC, during the MyNavy HR Career Development Symposium Pacific Northwest held at Naval Station Everett. The NPC Fleet Engagement Team provided career counseling to 133 PACT Sailors from Naval Base Kitsap - Bremerton, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, and Naval Station Everett, which resulted in 118 Sailors gaining a rating with follow-on orders or on track for a rating that requires a package submission.
