EVERETT, Wash. (Aug. 10, 2023) – Career counselors and undesignated Sailors taking part in the Professional Apprenticeship Career Track (PACT) program speak to enlisted community managers and detailers during the MyNavy HR Career Development Symposium Pacific Northwest held at Naval Station Everett. The Navy Personnel Command Fleet Engagement Team provided career counseling to 133 PACT Sailors from Naval Base Kitsap - Bremerton, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, and Naval Station Everett, which resulted in 118 Sailors gaining a rating with follow-on orders or on track for a rating that requires a package submission.
