U.S. Marines work together to complete an obstacle during the Marine Forces Reserve Diversity Aimed Officer Program (DAOP) at Officer Candidates School, Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, Aug. 16, 2023. DAOP seeks to attract, identify, mentor, educate, and develop high-performing Marines from historically underrepresented populations to provide them an opportunity to visualize and pursue an officer career path.
