U.S. Marines participating in the Marine Forces Reserve Diversity AIMED Officer Program (DAOP) ride in an MV-22 Osprey while on a tour of The Basic School, Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, Aug. 17, 2023. DAOP seeks to attract, identify, mentor, educate, and develop high-performing Marines from historically underrepresented populations to provide them an opportunity to visualize and pursue an officer career path.
