U.S. Army Sgt. Chistopher Byrd, a heavy equipment operator with the 84th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, 8th Theater Sustainment Command, sprays the road with water in preparation for rolling, during Super Garuda Shield 23 at Puslatpur, Indonesia, 27 Aug. 2023. Service members are constructing the road in order to facilitate multi-national training during Super Garuda Shield 23.
