During a formal presentation at the University of Central Florida's main campus in Orlando, Fla., Sept. 6, 2023, U.S. Army Cpt. Myke H. Sampayo, 75th Innovation Command project manager for Army Reserve Mercury, briefs UCF students and faculty on the new mobile and web based platform dubbed, “Project Mercury." The 75th Innovation Command has partnered with UCF, the National Security Innovation Network and the 244th Aviation Brigade to lead this project designed to streamline communication tasks of soldiers and their commanders. The groups of subject matter experts in data science, artificial intelligence, and online product development aim to eliminate the administrative burdens that Army Reserve Soldiers face through efficient and effective service by integrating modern mobile and web application technology.
