NORFOLK, Va. (Sep. 13, 2023) Vice Adm. Angus Topshee, commander, Royal Canadian Navy (RCN), left, speaks with Lt. Sahara Graft, an aircraft commander with Patrol and Reconnaissance Squadron (VP) 45 “The Pelicans” stationed at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Fla. Topshee and an RCN delegation toured a P-8A Poseidon multi-mission maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft while taking part in maritime staff talks hosted by Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command. The inaugural maritime staff talks strengthen the compatibility and cooperation at-sea between the United States Navy and Royal Canadian Navy in the defense of both nations.
