Sailors attached to U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Munro (WMSL 755) board Royal Brunei Navy vessel KDB Darulaman (08) to take part in a visit, board, search and seizure subject matter expert exchange during an at-sea engagement Sept. 15, 2023, in the South China Sea. Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2023 is the premier bilateral exercise held annually between the United States and Royal Brunei forces.
