Michael Cooley, the Commander of Troops for the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) (26MEU(SOC)) aboard dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50), speaks with Marines and Sailors in port, Manama, Bahrain, Sept. 12, 2023.
