Scott Helminski, commanding officer of Battalion Landing Team 1/6, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) (26MEU(SOC)), speaks with Marines and Sailors aboard the dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) while in port, Manama, Bahrain, Sept. 12, 2023.
