U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. Angel Esquivel sits in a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III attached to the 535th Airlift Squadron, 15th Wing, during a night time low-level parachute jump on Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Sept. 18, 2023. The purpose of this training is for 3d Reconnaissance Marines to be able to support 3d Marine Littoral Regiment by inserting into key maritime terrain at a moment’s notice.
