Retired 1st Sgt. Bruce Sweeney, former first sergeant of the 630th Military Police Company, addresses the audience during a ribbon-cutting and memorialization ceremony Dec. 17 for the new Army Reserve Center in Forks Township, Pa. The center was named in honor of Sgt. Ashly Lynn Moyer, an Army Reserve soldier who was killed in 2007 by an improvised explosive device while serving on active duty in Iraq.
