Kyle Clark and Samantha Chovanes, brother and cousin of Sgt. Ashly Lynn Moyer, address the audience during a ribbon-cutting and memorialization ceremony Dec. 17 for the new Army Reserve Center in Forks Township, Pa. The center was named in honor of Moyer, an Army Reserve soldier who was killed in 2007 by an improvised explosive device while serving on active duty in Iraq.
