Sgt. Jose Celis, a Paratrooper assigned to the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, prepares a desert at the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) on Fort Johnson, L.A., Sept. 19, 2023. Celis and his fellow Paratroopers prepare meals twice a day during the reception, staging, onward movement, and integration (RSOI) phase of JRTC Rotation 23-10. Sgt. Celis shared that he has served as a Culinary Specialist for three and a half years and loves the job.
