230918-N-ZZ999-1026 BROOKE’S POINT, Philippines (Sept. 18, 2023) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, together with the 7th Engineer Support Battalion (7th ESB) and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Seabees, complete the 7-by-18-meter schoolhouse building for Carlos M. Virrey National High School in Brooke’s Point, Palawan. NMCB 3 is forward-deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction for the U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection. The battalion stands ready to complete assigned tasking, support humanitarian aid/disaster relief, and major combat operations throughout the area of operations.
