In 2021, Seifeddine Abidi, a Ma3an Youth Leader from Gafsa, saw limited youth engagement and decided to change the game. As a football coach, he understood the impact of sports and founded Capsa Sport. With skills from USAID Ma3an, he used sports as a tool for social inclusion.
Today, Capsa Sport has grown to 300 members, including 80 girls and 4 youth with disabilities. They excel in E-sports too, with national and international victories.
They hired Tunisia's first female E-sports coach, with a female physiotherapist for the boys' football team.
