    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District celebrates Hispanic Americans Oct. 3 with a luncheon and presentation by guest speaker Alejandra Amegin, founder of the Jax Natural Healing, Vive Yoga Studio. Amegin is the founder of the Jax Natural Healing, Vive Yoga Studio. Amegin, who came to the United States from Mexico when she was small, told her story of moving to the United States, growing through changes and her emphasis on education, hard work and discipline to better understand her heritage. Each year, Americans observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15.
