Sailors assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) TWO’s Medical Department conduct a live blood transfusion utilizing Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Tier3 and Tier 4 treatments on a simulated polytrauma casualty. The event showcased MSRON TWO’s Medical Department Damage Control Resuscitation capabilities through initial point of injury through evacuation using multiple casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) platforms including a 34 foot Patrol boat.
