Robinson, commanding officer, USS Normandy, right, and Operations Specialist 3rd Class Taina Hirschman, observe as the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60), breaks away from the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Medgar Evers (T-AKE 13) after conducting a replenishment-at-sea, Oct. 12, 2023. Normandy is part of the Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group and is currently operating in the East Mediterranean Sea, at the direction of the Secretary of Defense.
