Rachel Brown's husband, a certificate in recognition of his commitment to his wife's service at her retirement ceremony at the Nevada Air National Guard base in Reno, Nev. on Oct. 14, 2023 Maj. Rachel Brown first enlisted in the Air Force Reserves in 2003, she later joined the Nevada Air National Guard Medical Group. Brown earned her bachelor's degree in nursing in 2009, and commissioned as an officer in 2011.
