Pamela Hendricks, left, a Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific administrative assistant, and Conrad Dungca, intelligence, NIWC Pacific surveillance and reconnaissance department lead system engineer, have a conversation during a speed networking event in San Diego, Oct. 17, 2023. Approximately 35 pairs of leaders or mentors and attendees participated in four 12-minute rounds focused on mentoring and networking. This was the first year since 2019 that the event was in-person, since the speed networking events were hosted virtually the last three years. WoW’s mission is to support NIWC Pacific employees and warfighters – of all genders or nonbinary – by promoting self-development and fostering an inclusive culture, ensuring that everyone is treated equally.
